Here are some words from Father/Lucifer to Esmeralda Rios:

My dear Yasmin on Earth, I am Lucifer, from the highest point that it is possible to communicate to people, for now. You feel me very far away because I am really a great way off. I am nowhere, in no dimension, I have no physical form, I am the pure expression of creative energy, what you call “nothing”. Let us say I am the energy that animates the sperm.

But I am only complete when I involve with the energy of the ovum. But to do this, we need a place to meet: a womb. That is the “Mother”, which keeps, within her own “space”, the place where fertilization or, in other words, creation takes place. Nothing happens in this universe without, in any way, having passed through this "meeting-place”. It is the preceding for the creation of form. But today I will not develop this idea.
